Have You defined spring security filter chain in web.xml?

Yes, Find the code snippet

<filter>
        <filter-name>springSecurityFilterChain</filter-name>
        <filter-class>org.springframework.web.filter.DelegatingFilterProxy</filter-class>
    </filter>

    <filter-mapping>
        <filter-name>springSecurityFilterChain</filter-name>
        <url-pattern>/*</url-pattern>
    </filter-mapping>

Check if you have configured

<http auto-config="true">
<intercept-url pattern="/any_url_pattern" access="ROLE_USER" />
</http>

Thanks Arvind, error is fixed.
I was not configured htttp-auto.
I configure as you have posted code snippet, and it worked.
