Difference between SQLite and MS Access

I have started reading SQLite and I am getting it same as MS Access till now. Then what is the core difference between SQLite and MS Access and what are the scenario that I should use SQLite over MS Access.

1. SQLite is server less, means it does not hold any in-built server to respond. MS Access runs on window server.

2. SQLite requires no configuration, download executable file and click on it, we will get command line.

3. MSAccess supports very few OS where as SQLite supports large number of OS.

4. SQLite is lightweight, it is commonly used by tiny instruments and variety of software.
