Please help me to resolve the error.

The error you have posted is because of bad jar file. Jar file is corrupt. org/springframework/util/ConcurrentReferenceHashMap class is in spring-core jar. Download once again or if you are using pom.xml then first delete the the exitsing spring-core jar and re run your pom.xml.
