Error: EnvironmentCapable class not found

Hi I am running a spring application
I am getting below error.

 java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.springframework.core.env.EnvironmentCapable
    at java.net.URLClassLoader$1.run(Unknown Source)
    at java.security.AccessController.doPrivileged(Native Method)
    at java.net.URLClassLoader.findClass(Unknown Source)

I am running xml free code as below.
AnnotationConfigApplicationContext ctx = new AnnotationConfigApplicationContext();
ctx.register(someclass.class);

org.springframework.core.env.EnvironmentCapable class belongs to the jar
spring-core-3.1.0.RELEASE.jar.
Check it is possible you are using any lower version of spring core.

Yes , it was spring core jar version issue.
